If you’re serious about going back to college, there’s no reason why you should let anything hold you back. At the Decatur, Ga. campus, we believe that attending college should be affordable for anyone.
Student Scholarships
There are a vast number of college scholarships available for students looking for financial aid. These scholarships are based on gender, ethnicity, age, and the type of education being pursued. You can find out for what type of scholarships you could qualify by submitting your application.
Federal Stafford Loans
The Federal Stafford Loan is one of the most popular ways students receive funding to attend college at Everest Institute. With this loan, you aren’t required to start paying the loan back until six months after graduation, leave school, or drop below half-time status.
Federal PLUS Loans
Federal PLUS Loans are available for students attending school who fall within “dependent” status. The loan requires that parents have good credit. There is no requirement for parents to demonstrate a financial need to obtain this loan.
Federal Perkins Loans
For students who show an exceptional need, the Federal Perkins Loan is made available at a low-interest rate. You can find out if you qualify by talking with an Everest Institute Student Finance Planner.
Private Loans
A loan through a private bank or other lender is another option that students can look into when it comes time to fund their educational needs. Private loans often depend on a credit score or a co-signer. Check with your school of interest Student Finance Planner to learn more.
Grants for Students
If obtained, a grant will never need to be repaid. This is essentially free money that can be used to pay for your schooling. Check with your Everest Institute Student Finance Planner to find out for what grants you would qualify.
